What the photograph shows

The stand uses a red-and-white branded fascia to identify Essae Digitronics above the visitor area. Product graphics line the walls, while a curved reception counter faces the aisle. Tables and chairs provide places for discussion, and a screen sits within the display area.

This feature documents the visible stall. It does not assign an event date, location, stall size or project outcome that has not been confirmed.

Four useful questions for your own stall design

Can visitors recognise your brand from the aisle?

Discuss the position and scale of the brand name with your designer. The fascia, counter and wall graphics should work together without competing for attention. Check visibility against the organiser’s permitted height and neighbouring stands.

What needs to be displayed or demonstrated?

List the actual products, their dimensions and any power, screen or demonstration requirements. Product-led graphics should support conversations rather than fill every available surface.

Where will enquiries and meetings happen?

Plan the reception point, visitor movement and discussion seating as connected spaces. The furniture and counter layout should leave a clear route for people entering and leaving the stall.

What must be agreed before fabrication?

Confirm the dimensions, open sides, approved design, finishes, graphics and installation schedule. Establish who supplies each element and who is responsible for handover and dismantling.

Turn a reference into a project brief

A reference photograph can explain a preferred style, but your stand needs a design and production scope suited to its own floor plan, products and venue rules. Share what you like about the reference alongside your show details, budget range and installation dates.
