Contact us Monday–Saturday, 10 am–6 pm; Sunday closed. Please call before travelling so we can confirm the meeting time and share arrival instructions. The office is a meeting location, not an event venue.
Conferences: share the purpose, expected audience, programme, speaker requirements and preferred venue. Agree registration, stage, sound, screens and rehearsal needs before comparing proposals.
Exhibitions: send your organiser’s floor plan, stand dimensions, open sides, brand assets and what visitors need to do. Product demonstrations, power, storage and installation access should be included in the scope. Our exhibition quotation checklist explains how to compare inclusions.
Office celebrations: tell us the occasion, guest count, workplace or external venue, food requirements and preferred activities. Our HR planning checklist covers approvals and event-day readiness.
Include where guests are arriving from, the event’s start and finish times, and whether accommodation or transfers should be quoted. Keep the guest count separate from the number of rooms and travellers. Venue booking, transport and accommodation should be confirmed in writing before invitations promise specific arrangements.
For a venue already selected, share supplier access rules, delivery windows, power availability and sound restrictions. If the venue is still undecided, give us your preferred dates, approximate attendance, format and budget range so the discussion starts with practical requirements.
Staunch Eventz can coordinate venue requirements, event concepts, production and on-site execution within the agreed project scope. Ask the proposal to identify inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, approval dates and changes that affect cost. Assign one person from your team to consolidate feedback.
